Angie has extensive experience working with corporate design since 1992. She founded iS design in 2000 and has managed projects ranging from under 1,000 SF up to 80,000 SF; from schematic design conception to construction administration. As a result, Angie has designed well over 5 million SF in class A office space. She holds professional membership in the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and has been certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Her primary focus is commercial corporate interiors with further expertise in medical, retail, and educational design. Angie is responsible for the supervision and management of the interiors staff. As a player/coach, she directly designs and manages individual projects and accounts while maintaining overall client account management and relationships.

Fun Fact:

Angie was born in England, and spent her first 6 months with a drawer for a crib in an old hunting lodge. She now resides in a log cabin on a small farm in Pittsboro.

  • Her favorite quote is “When a problem comes along, you must whip it…whippet…whippet good” (That’s a Devo original, with an ADP twist)
  • She is an animal lover and shares her farm with her 3 dogs, 3 horses, barn kitty, and 15 hens. She can no longer eat chicken because she has too many friends that are chickens!
  • She loves horses—all horses, but especially her horses, Cowboy, Cowgirl, and Moonshine. They also reside in a lovely barn by the cabin in the woods. They don’t get to come to work.
  • She loves spending time in the outdoors in all seasons. When away from the office, she is happiest enjoying horseback riding, walking her dogs, snow skiing, kayaking or just taking in the fresh air surrounded by nature.
