The office renovation for Morningstar Law Group at Two Hannover Square in downtown Raleigh, NC, redefines the modern legal workspace. 14,500 SF on the 22nd floor of a prominent high-rise office building was transformed into a vibrant, sophisticated environment that balances professionalism with innovation.
The design approach prioritized openness, transparency, and brand identity. Upon entry, the reception area features open ceilings, exposed concrete floors, and dynamic finishes, creating a contemporary and welcoming first impression. A virtual check-in desk streamlines client experiences, while a well-appointed refreshment station enhances hospitality.
Natural light floods the space, accentuated by full-height glass panels in conference rooms and private offices, fostering an atmosphere of connectivity and collaboration. The interior finishes reflect the firm’s branding, reinforcing identity while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.
